A brand new Western Disturbance is expected to reach northern hills by afternoon of 3rd February.
with this a induce cyclonic circulation is expected to form over Northern Rajasthan and adjoining areas.
in presence of these two systems, southwestern winds will feed moisture from Arabian sea to support local development of clouds.... winds are expected to change to south eastern after some time when cyclonic circulation get strong around 4th feb.
these two system will reach their peak intensity in afternoon of 4th feb and last till 5th feb
** Weather effects
warm moist winds will raise minimum and maximum temperature by couple of degrees over the plains leading to abatement of cold wave from some areas
from evening of 3rd February light rain is expected over parts of Punjab, Rajasthan, and Jammu
4th - 5th February i expect light thundershowers with isolated moderate rain and hailstorm over Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, parts of Western Uttar Pradesh & Northern Rajasthan
Moderate to Heavy snowfall is expected over himachal pradesh, jammu and kashmir, ladakh with light snowfall over parts of Uttarakhand.
